Returns & Refunds

We here at Reiju like to be fair and open with our customers, so if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can of course return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in a re-saleable condition and in the original packaging if possible.

You will be responsible for paying all shipping & return costs for your item; unless the reason for the return is damaged goods within the 30 day returns period. Photographic evidence will be required in this instance.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping & admin costs will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that Advent Calendars are non refundable due to the significant time & effort involved in their creation.
