But what is Reiki?

Put simply, Reiki is a positive type of energy used for healing and relaxation. It is 'life-force' or 'spiritual' energy transmitted mainly through the hands. Because crystals are excellent at absorbing energy, they can absorb Reiki and this greatly enhances the healing benefits and properties of the already powerful crystals.
